Bookkeeper (Seasonal)

Job offer Description

Casselview Golf Club is looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Bookkeeper.

This is a seasonal position  from April to October.

Responsibilities include:

• Check daily sales;
• Verify the money received through our various payment systems;
• Print, have invoices approved and entered into SAGE;
• Make entries of revenues and expenses in SAGE;
• Audit members and accounts receivable;
• Verify that procedures are followed;
• Answer emails, file and others;
• Other related duties.

The assets sought are:

• Fluency in oral and written French and English;
• Familiar with SAGE accounting system (Preferred but not required);
• Be organized and attentive to detail.
