Job offer Description

The cook is responsible for the preparation, cooking, and proportions of the food according to the menu offered to the customer.

  • Help prepare the dishes of the day (seasoning, cooking, setting, etc.) and prepare some dishes.
  • Help prepare buffets.
  • Collaborate (if necessary) on the preparation of balanced menus by suggesting a rational use of stocks and ways to use the remains of certain dishes.
  • Participate in the evaluation of the quantities required and the quality of the finished product.
  • May be responsible for the receipt and verification of delivered goods and their storage.
  • Is responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the work areas as well as the equipment used.
  • Help with the service and all other related tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
