Gervais Patterson CPA LLP is a small accounting firm based in the village of Embrun in Eastern Ontario. We are proud Franco-Ontarians, and are looking for a candidate who would like to be part of a young, dynamic and growing team. We mainly serve small businesses in the region, professionals, non-profit organizations as well as individuals.


  • Welcome at reception and answer the phone
  • Compose letters
  • Prepare clients’ financial statements (word / excel)
  • Participate in client bookkeeping
  • Various other related work


We are looking for a French-speaking candidate (bilingualism is an asset) who wishes to offer administrative support to the firm. Our team focuses first and foremost on work-life balance and excellent relationships with our clients. A fast-growing accounting firm, we want to expand with small businesses in Eastern Ontario and become an asset to our community.

Type of employment:  Full-time, Permanent
Salary: from $55,000.00 per year

Education: Secondary school (desired)

Experience: Administrative experience: 1 year (Desired)
