Parts and Service Representative

SP MasterTech is located in Casselman Ontario, next to Highway 417.

We mainly specialize in the repair of medium and heavy vehicles and are currently looking for a competent person to fill the position of customer service representative and parts clerk.

It is important that the candidate be able to transmit the expertise of the company’s products and services.

The main duties and responsibilities of this position are:

• Take care of the client’s needs without delay.
• Present and discuss the products and services of the company in a clear and effective manner.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to our client’s inquiries.
• Receive payments.
• Provide customers and the public with information regarding the products, services, schedules, rates, regulations, and policies.
• Explain to clients the nature and cost of the services offered.
• Order parts

A good presentation and customer relations is required since contact with the public is done on a regular basis, by phone and in-person. Since working conditions take place in a fast-paced environment, the candidate must be able to deal with stressful situations and meet objectives with minimal issues.

• Knowledge of garage operations software is an asset.
• Must be able to speak French and English.
• Full-time Position: Monday to Friday
• Salary: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
