Position description

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales associate is responsible for providing customer service. True company ambassador, the Sales associate will have to welcome, advise and retain a demanding clientele.

Responsabilities

• Offer a high standard customer service;
• Develop long lasting customer relationship;
• Apply company policies and procedures;
• Apply safety programs;
• Assist in store openings and closings;
• Support the promotion of product;
• Contribute to the visual merchandising of products;
• Ensure regular store maintenance;
• All other related tasks;
• Be motivated and passionate.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a related position or equivalent;
• Be available to work days, and 1 Saturday every 2 weeks
